Nintendo Wii Fit Tracker
Wii Fit is an exercise video game for the Nintendo Wii that includes the Wii Balance Board. The balance board is used weigh the player, determine his or her body mass index (BMI), test his or her agility to determine their Wii Fit age, and to perform 40 different physical activities.
Wii Fit keeps track of your weight, even offering a goal weight by a certain date. It records each weigh in on a calendar and you can chart your progress. It also reminds you of how long it has been since you last logged in.
Each player can pick from a male or female trainer to explain and demonstrate each activity. There are four activity categories: Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics, and Balance Games. The Yoga section offers different yoga poses, starting out with the very basic and leading up to the more complicated. The Strength Training includes activities such as sit-ups and lunges. Aerobics offers jogging, step aerobics, hula hooping, and rhythm boxing. Balance Games offers activities that are a bit more entertaining, such as ski jumping and tightrope walking, but they may not be as physically challenging as the other categories.
Wii Fit keeps tabs on what activities you perform, how well you perform them, and the amount of time spent being active. Some activities are locked until enough time playing the initial activities is accumulated.
